becker

most  industry  minded  advisor  of the year

"Becker does everything it can to ease a CAMs workload, from taking on tasks that many firms try to push off on CAMs (such as scheduling inspections and needed meetings), to providing excellent legal guidance in a prompt manner so CAMs can shine before the Boards they work with. CAMs are often overworked and under-appreciated, so Becker tries very hard to ease their burden (and certainly not add any additional burdens). The Becker team have proven to me and my fellow colleagues time and time again that they care about our community. They care about the associations and individual members (unit owners) of townhomes and condos. They fight bogus legislation when others wont. I always think that if my mom or daughter lived in one of these townhomes or condo communities and they had an issue, I would want the Becker team to be a champion for them because I know they would get it done right."
