The Third Annual Connect Community Awards will be held November 7th and will be attended by Central Florida's best in the industry. Our Community Association Managers and Industry partners are truly the key to a successful community. Celebrating those who give back to their communities with hard work and innovative ideas to enhance and grow their communities is the make up of Connect. Connect's Annual Awards will celebrate those Community Association Professionals nominated by their colleagues, board members and industry partners. Nominations will be carefully reviewed and the winners will be selected by Community Association Managers. The winners, nominees and industry partners will be celebrated at the grand red carpet event.

CONNECT CARES AWARD
Nominations for the Connect Cares Awards are OPEN! You can nominate a community at anytime leading up to the day before the event on November 7th! Connect will be collecting donations with your nomination for the Connect Cares Award! You will have a chance to nominate a community in need of this contribution. Maybe you know a community financially struggling but has some necessary repairs coming due, a community needing to spruce up their clubhouse or clean-up their community park. All nomination proceeds will go to one lucky community and a check will be presented to them at the Connect Community Awards. The community will be made aware of your nomination!
CHUCK STRODE LEADERSHIP AWARD
Chuck was a pillar of the Community Association Industry. Showing exemplary leadership, kindness and compassion to all those he encountered. Nominees shall possess leadership characteristics in line with those embodied by our dearest friend.
ONSITE MANAGER OF THE YEAR
The On-site Manager award will be presented to the manager who has exceptional leadership skills within the community they manage.
PORTFOLIO MANAGER OF THE YEAR
MOST COMMUNITY MINDED MANAGEMENT COMPANY
This award will be awarded to the management company that gives back to the communities they manage and live in. This award will not be based on monetary contributes but the heart behind it's people, philanthropic projects and initatives.
NEWBIE MANAGER OF THE YEAR
This award will be presented to a CAM who has begun managing in the last 12 months and has shown exemplary leadership and initiative for the betterment of the communities they manage.
MOST COMMUNITY MINDED BOARD MEMBER
This award will be awarded to the board member who works tirelessly alongside their Community Association Manager for the betterment of the community and it's homeowners.
MOST INDUSTRY MINDED ADVISOR
This award will be presented to the Connect Advisor that supports our industry the most. This advisor champions the education and development of our communities and managers.
