She does this by organizing monthly luncheons with our staff and different vendors every month. These meeting allow all members to discuss community issues and allow all members to provide insight, advice and ideas. It is more a conversation rather than a meeting. She encourages our team to BE A TEAM and to lean on each other, learn from each other and support each other.”

Stacey. Peach

" I nominated Stacy for the culture she has created here at Sunbridge. It's easy to do the basics and the team get their jobs done daily. It's the culture that makes us want to help another department out when we see they need help. A good culture is contagious and over time you become such a tight knit team that anything is possible."

Carlos borrero

“I nominated Carlos because he’s exactly the kind of person you want managing your community. He genuinely cares not just about the property, but about the people, the board, and the overall well-being of the neighborhood. He’s honest, dependable, and always shows up with a positive attitude. Carlos takes pride in his work and it shows in how he supports his communities every day. Simply put, he’s one heck of a good guy who goes the extra mile, and that’s what makes him stand out.”

Austin mitchell

Austin has taken on challenges well beyond what's expected of a new manager. From serving as a witness in legal proceedings to overseeing capital improvement projects and stabilizing community budgets, he has proven to be capable, composed, and committed. Ruthanne Conner-king

Most devoted board member

“Ruthanne has spearheaded several transformative projects that have significantly enhanced the Hunter's Creek community. Most impressively, she facilitated presentations to the Central Florida Expressway regarding the community's objections to the Brightline route on the 417. This effort involved partnering with Universal Studios and I-Drive, and facilitating a model of the community relating to the Brightline displayed in the Town Hall lobby. This resulted in successfully moving the location of the Brightline so that it would travel along the 528, and not 417.”
