Bernie Mapili has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2004. He holds a Masters of Taxation from the University of Central Florida. In past roles, he was a Senior Auditor with one of the Big Four auditing Fortune 500 companies. He has also served as the Area Assistant Controller of one of the nation's largest homebuilders managing over $5 Billion in invested capital as well as General Manager of Community Associations managing 40+ HOAs, Condos, CDDs across the north half of Florida.  Bernie has also served on the board of directors as Treasurer for Community Association Institute Central Florida for over 5 years.  CAI is the nation's largest organization supporting community associations in the United States.

Bernie is also the CFO and owner of Envy Labs.  An Orlando based tech firm run by a small group of local experts.
